Ok..long weekend finally over..I started out on track but Saturday evening when I got up for work nobody else was home..I didn't feel like cooking for just myself so ordered a pizza.. that alone wouldn't have blown it for me, but also ate a bunch of fried cheese sticks..I felt so guilty by the time I got to work at 8 that I finished off the day with a king size peanut butter M&M bag. Eating those sweets for the first time in a week made me want more..I couldn't seem to get that out of my mind..I caved last night and did it again..luckily. tho Sunday didn't go over on the calories like Saturday did.... I guess working 3 12hour shifts in a row puts a real strain on willpower... ok now off for two, hopefully can stay on track for a few days...
