well i did everything i had to do yesturday but i didnt do the apple day after eating what i wanted sunday, and i gained .6 lbs why dont know i eate the right calorie amount, so today i am starting brazilian but lift that will halp me loose weight faster and with out doing to much jumping like p90x. p90x i will start in about another 15 lbs have being lost. i will be looking hot for summer and my birth day that is my goal.
