so i gained about 1.8 lbs during the weekend i eate like i would normally eat on breakfast, lunk and dinner and eate candy as well. then soda ididn't drink the right amount of water and i also eate allot of meat and chicken ieate really good and also some bread. i think doing this on the week end is helping me stay on tarket from 1 to2 weeks depending on wether my husband is home or not.
