Well, haven't written in a few days. Until I get home and through the holidays I'm just sort of watching what I eat more than actual "dieting". I'm at my parents, and then Greg's parents and then my grandmothers, so you know how that is with eating and exercising. I'm excited because this afternoon I have a reunion with some library friends. This is going to sound super dorky, but that's what I am...when I was 12-18 I was part of this teen advisory board with our public library, it was fantastic and so I'm one of the founding members. Well a few of us, and the Young Adult librarian are meeting and a coffee/desert shop today. Some of these girls I haven't seen in almost 4 years, so it'll be great! I may treat myself to a little piece of cake (because their deserts are delicious!!!) And let's see...we're about to walk to the dogs, so that'll be a couple miles walking and then tonight I'm hoping to have time to get a dvd workout in. Had a dog fight here today at my parents, which is so stressful, it's horrible. Does anyone know a good way to stop them? We've tried water and some other sprays, and have heard about a citrus one; any idea if it's good? Or something else that will stop them? So hopefully I can make it through the holidays without gaining and I'm really looking forward to losing this weight and working out and best of all...being able to fit into my old clothes!!!!
