Day 3, Cycle 2. Did really well today. Didn't go to school b/c of a migraine, which I felt guilty about...but then it went away, so Greg and I took the dogs to these gardens down the road that have a lot of trails and things, which was nice, but cold for here! Then we came home and ate and after a bit I worked out to this video I got for free (can't beat that) which does circuits - 2 circuits, 3 rotations each, I feel it already!! I'm excited about doing it some more and think I'm going to ask for some workout DVDs for Xmas; does anyone have one they recommend that is fun, or maybe has different workouts on it to vary it up? Anyway, so yep that was my day. According to VictoriaLynn's math...

2000
-700 (food)
=1300
+700 (exercise)
=2000 total today (just rounded)

This week I am at 5690, meaning I need 7805 more before Tuesday! Not too shabby!

i really like the 10 Minute Solution workout series, beacuse no matter how much time or energy you have you can always squeeze it in. Kickboxing Boot Camp is a really fun workout, even though sometimes I am worn out after 20 minutes, you see results really fast. You do need a pair of 3-5 pound weights, which you probably already own, but if not, they are super cheap. I also like the Blast Off the Belly Fat workout. I want to start doing at least one section of it every day. I can always tell the difference if i have been taking the time to work on my abs. Pick Your Level Weight Loss Pilates is my fave for days that I have less energy, because it is low impact, but a great toning workout. I really want to get the new Taebo on dvd. Taebo is a fun workout, challenging, but fun. The guy that does it, Billy Blanks, really gets me going for some reason. I also have 10 Minute Solution Dance Mix, but although it WOULD be fun, I am not very extremely coordinated and found most of the sections too hard to follow. I can do the abs, lower body, and Simple slimmer sections, because there is less complicated moves that I am more used to. It would be a fun workout if you can pick up choreography..I am just not a dancer.

Nice to see you have figured out the math. I don't know if you're looking for any weight lifting books but the SHAPE : ULTIMATE BODY BOOK is amazing if you are looking to tone and add definition. Not to mention, once you get to your goal, a few weight lifting sessions a week will help you maintain because muscle burns more calories than fat. I will say this though, 2000 is average for most average height and built people, and you mentioned that you are very petite and that your doctor even said that 100 is a good weight for you,(which sounds very low) which would suggest to me that 2000 a day would cause you to gain weight and probably be too high to be your base. But it definitely looks like you're well on your way to a big loss in a few days! (Can you believe it, we only have like 3 days till weigh in?!)
