Man, you quit counting the calories and the next thing you know you're up 40lbs!!!!!! 6 months of high stress, travel, and comfort food have taken their toll on my weak ass! I had managed to actually get down to 194lbs of naked morning weight last summer just before school started back up. This morning, 233lbs. CRAZY!!!!
