Didn't say no to the cheesecake several times. Did stay hydrated and although I wanted to avoid posting my weight, and tracking my intake, I did it. Today is a new day.

I agree. We all have those moments when we are caught off guard. It doesn't dictate your success in the future. I just gives you hints of how to avoid some of the temptations next time. Im throwing out some items that I know will catch me off guard. :)
