Today, I have officially lost 50 pounds!!! Just 15 more pounds to go to reach my original target goal of 65 pounds. After all the years of trying to lose just a few pounds, I am amazed at how relatively easy it has been this time. I now weigh what I did about 20 years ago. When I hit the 65 pound mark, I will have dialed back the clock to the mid-1980's. Can't wait to get there!
