Well I finished the week with 20184 recorded steps with my pedometer. I mistakedly hit the reset button on tuesday at some point during the day and erased my walk from Monday and Tuesday. I think I still did well though. Weighed in yesterday so I will not weigh in today. I will attempt to stay on track this week no fast food, a shake for dinner instead of lunch. Some days two shakes and a meal. I think I did well with a loss of three pounds. Today I start having splenda with my coffe I hope this helps. I feel like my coffee is my treat and I really don't want to compromise but I know my weight loss will b better if I give up the sugar in my coffee.
