Ok so I am actually really p***ed off. I feel like I have really been trying since Monday. And I KNOW its only Thursday… but my weight has gone UP by 1 lbs. I have been doing Zumba in the mornings .. this morning I did 45mins as I didn’t do it yesterday. Have really been watching what I eat and drink… so frustrating.. I know things can be different on Monday when its weigh in day but still.. maybe I am not being as good as I think I am.. who knows! I need to drink more water.. that is for sure. Any help or advice? I know this is a long journey and not a quick fix.. but still!

On another note I have found this really good job that I might have an interview for which could be really good. More money and out of oxford… yay!!

My only advice....weigh everything you eat, log everything and only drink water when your scales say you can. If I miss doing any of these I pay for it. Be SURE you are being as good as you think you are....don't forget you can fluctuate by 2lbs in a day (sometimes more for me...lol) take care XX
