As I suspected, they won't let me do a link in a comment so here is a journal entry so my buddies can see what I meant in my last entry's comments. This is my current pancake recipe (exp this one didn't have cinnamon that was a new addition this weekend ;) in my cookbook- it has a tbsp of olive oil and a tbsp of cream. I really like the taste but they are dry. This can be cured to some degree by smearing them with butter. I also sometimes put almond butter on them. If I had cream cheese around that would probably help. *ponders*

I couldn't get anywhere with the link, it just kicked me out of FS. Oh well, I am sure the recipe was good. You could just type out the ingredients in a journal entry ???

Chocolate Protein Powder Pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 serving french vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp hazelnut meal / flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Add all the dry ingredients - protein powder, hazelnut flour, baking powder & cocoa powder and mix.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. You probably want to add a Tbsp of water to thin the mixture.
Pour pancake on a hot pan/griddle and flip when bubbles have formed. Enjoy.
