Day 1! Actually day 13 but I want to start from 1 again! I was suppose to wake up early to get to spin class but my hubby and I stayed up late watching a movie. And thus causing me to be very tired at 5. So I decided to go ahead and take a mid morning class. I usually like the 5:30 classes because then my day is ready to take on. But its ok to do this every now and then. On my way back I decided to add intensity. :) This is what I do...a mean machine! :) I'm going to do Power Yoga M, W, F at home. See I'm a yoga teacher and I have a zillion dvd's and my own practice, I've just not had the motivation to do it the past year. But since I'm been doing so good with my challenges, why not add. I cannot afford a personal trainer or those gyms that claim they are cheaper than a personal trainer but expect you to lift 200lbs. I'm doing what is necessary for where I'm at in my life. And so far I'm rocking and rolling! So I will do this yoga for the next 12 days and then on day 6 I will add Jillian's workout 2 days a week. I feel this will certainly get me where I want to be by March 14. :)

Read the most amazing article this past weekend about a man that lost 358 pounds!!! AMAZING!!! We must find what makes us move! Its not actually a class...its in us somewhere! I hope all of you can find that place in you that makes you want to be the best you EVER!!!!

Note to self....if I plan to do power yoga and have the busy day that I've had...I need to try and squeeze it in during the day. That hour just kicked my butt! But so glad I did do it! :)
