I started in March at 180lbs. Over the summer, I was able to lose 30 lbs, but gained 5 back in the last 2 months due to stress, moving, a new job, etc.
With any luck at all, I will be able to reach my goals!!!
I am going to try fasting with juice and water this weekend and follow that fast during the next week with a diet high in protien and low in carbs. I prefer mostly fish. Tilapia, tuna, and salmon are my favorites. The omega-3's are an added bonus!
For snacks, I really love strawberries!!! Berries are wonderful and great anti-oxidants.
