Feel really down in the dumps today. Been getting on the scales and not showing any loss at all. Have been trying and don't think I have eaten to badly. I admit I have had some bad thi h's since being in the office but hey ho will have to wait till Monday. Didn't wake up early either this morning to do the Zumba which is bad. Just kept on coming up with good exuses. Know that once I have done it I will be ok. It's just the getting up. Also morel is really down at the moment as he is looking for a job but is finding it hard. And he has been home all this week. It's actually been quite hard having to adjust to both of us being home in the evenings. I just so so want him to get a job and out of that shitty bar
