well i haven't been on here for about 55 days. been up and down in health wise.
got my sugar intake down to 6.2 , my weight has been ok. i still weigh 197. i gain 1 pound since i last logg on.
still have more test to be done this tuesday. hopeing everything goes well and the test are good. don't want another operation. i really want to loose this weight. i'm doing all i can to keep my eating under control until i can start my weight lost journey again with the exercises.
my journey is a slow one , due to my health. but i'm staying on this road. and i'm pushing through all the bump and pot holes that laid ahead of me. i'm not going to give up with out a fight.
