I'm listed as "my own diet" but I actually am using a diet. Surprised I can't find in on here--I've searched every way I can think of and it doesn't show. Anyway, I'm doing 21-Day Fix and sticking with it pretty closely. It's obviously working! The diet itself does say it's not a long-term eating plan (you can use it long term but have to add more portions to it) but I feel really good with it, so what I'm planning on is to do it for the three weeks, eat healthy but not so strictly for a week, and cycle back on it for another three.

Also I've gone back to gluten-free, not for diet reasons but to see if it would make a difference in my joint pain levels, which it has; I hate paying $7 a loaf for gluten-free bread so I just don't eat it, which automatically eliminates a lot of heavier, calorie-dense foods. Nice side effect and my joints feel better already. 2017 is off to a great start!
