Good morning! Well, I have lost almost 2 pounds in the past 5 days...WOOHOOH! I have been in major pain after my last workout, so I haven't been to the gym & I miss it. I just hope the workouts wasn't the problem, because I have already paid for 2 months! I had to make myself not snack at 9:00 last night after I finally had some time to myself. I ate a few pretzel sticks & took a hot bath instead. I am having company this weekend, so I hope I stay on track through the holiday...
