Hello peeps .. how is everyone doing? Im doing ok… had a sandwich for breakfast this morning which wasn’t good. I needed to get some change for the car park and bought a sandwich it was only 315kcals and brown bread with prawn. Then had slim fast for lunch and having another slim fast for dinner. Still on track I think. Really want to weigh myself but haven’t been in the office where the scales are so cant weigh in. Also I do actually think that I would have put some on after my bad day on Friday and Saturday.. but we will see. Still got my aim of getting down to 210lbs by xmas. Cant believe xmas is in a few days… aghhhhh!!!!!!!!

If yoy don't quite do it....don't be upset and throw all the hard work away. I have just lost a few pounds that I had expected to loose a couple of weeks ago....there is no predicting the scales, just cross those fingers and hope. If they are naughty and don't do as they should... tell them off...keep going and try again another day, they will behave eventually :o) XX

I think short term goals are the best. It also helps when you plan your meals ahead of time. So good for you. And remember what goes up will eventually come down with perserverance. So keep on keeping on! Have a great day.
