This holday season is crazy for me! My husband has been away for a year in college and he graduated 10/28/11. Now, since he is back, I have been exercising less (spending time with him), eating more, and I just crave the bad stuff again. I DO NOT want to gain my weight back but I have gained about 14 lbs already since my lowest at around 180 lbs. I am depressed :( I guess I have to workk hard to fight the cravings and get to exercising as hard as before. I do not want to be part of the statistic that lost 50 lbs and gained it all back. Sigh...
