We had our family Christmas party yesterday and I faired much better than I did at Thanksgiving. I gained a mere .2 lbs. I ate a full plate, but I tried to be a little more intelligent with what I put on that plate than at the previous holiday eating. Owing to the difficulty of figuring out an accurate assessment of the meal's calorie intake, I opted to just forego the day's calorie report. Now it's onward, and downward, to lower weight goals.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 December 2011:
1964 kcal Fat: 69.11g | Prot: 86.54g | Carb: 245.04g.   Breakfast: 48% Vegetable Oil Spread, 100% Whole Grain Quick Oats, Shedd's Spread Pumpkin Spice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Altern No Calorie Sweetener, Concord Grape Jelly, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Crunchy Honey Oats with Almonds, Sliced Peaches. Lunch: Biscuit, Butter Whipped (Salted), Grilled Chicken Tenderloins, Fried Okra, Green Beans, Hashbrown Casserole, Diet Coke (Large), Marion Blackberry Preserves. Dinner: Macaroni & Beef In Tomato Sauce, 100% Parmesan Cheese Grated, Raspberry Green Tea. Snacks/Other: Diet Pepsi (Can). more...
