Today is my first day using this great tool. I always wanted to participate in something like this but never knew where to go. Well, let's start by saying that I am very motivated today. I have started back doing my walking/jogging at the park but lately it has been freezing here in Florida, like never before. So the last day I have exercised was on Monday. I really want to go back but it's so cold and I don't want to get sick again. In the meanwhile, I am logging what I eat here and on my daily calendar. I am not doing so well but I have to get on the ball. I have 50 lbs to lose!
