good morning fellow dieters! how is everybody doing today..? im doing ok with the diet so far and am really excitied about loosing my first 10lbs by xmas...thats 3 weeks to loose 3lbs a week... i totally know that that is doable...and then xmas day here i come..skinny me! still havent eaten any bread even though myfather was eating some french stick with butter right in front of me....oh boy was that hard! any way must get on ... 3lbs a week!

you are doign better than me... I decided to just try to not gain over the holidays!!! my goal is to stay steady so I can pick up again after all the festivities! but keep with it!! when Christmas comes and you are 10lbs, or whatever you lose lighter, you will be so glad you did!! :)
