Well, Thanksgiving was a great family get-together, but I blew a moderately sized hole in my diet. I managed not to put too much on my plate, except for a few extra desserts, and did skip supper, but overall I ate 119% of my RDI calorie count. All-in-all, I ONLY gained back about 2 lbs from my previous day's weigh-in. Now I need to double down on my efforts to get back on track.
