Trying to work out how to make Candice's Low Carb Chocolate Almond Mousse Pie without using Splenda. I like it just fine but the DH doesn't like the taste. Also worried about the structure if I use liquid stevia vs granulated splenda. Bah.

Found this stevia conversion chart. All the talk about steviosides vs. rebaudiosde has me worried. I'm a super taster and am afraid of finding stevia bitter. Has anyone experience with this?

Sorry I have nothing to add, I don't cook so absolutely no help, just wanted to stop by and say hello, and sorry you are feeling poorly again. Hope you can catch it quick because you don't want to be laid up again, you were sick a long time!
