Rough morning... just tired of watching what i eat and everyone eating what they want. i know i know everybody's different and i'm aware of the eventual outcome of bad eating... but days like today i could really use the comfort of a stack of pancakes, (co-worker walked it with a pancake)...
i'm supposed to be going to dinner tonight to one of my fav sushi restaurants.. i want to just go eat and lose it.. but i can't.. its hard to really count calories from sushi (if any one knows how please let me know) without just a bunch of estimates... then hitting a bar to start celebrating my sisters bday. i decided not to have any drinks... i hope my sacrifice pays off..
on a more positive note, i walked by some windows today, looked at my reflection and i am much more satisfied with what i saw.. starting to see the difference.. i guess there's my pay off..
