so weighed myself yesterday just after lunch because we had just bought the scales. but now weighed myself properly in the morning and am down by 2.5lbs! whoop whoop! This week is going to be better eating and better control mixed with defo zumba will mean more weight loss! so come on team kat!!!! lol!
