Well... There I was thinking I was doing well (i do think I'm changing) but I thought about exactly what I ate this week as I looked through my food diary. And actually I haven't been doing that well at all. One night I had tapas which wasn't great. 1 night I had half a pizza. Another afternoon I had a whole pizza. And another night I had a curry! Although I was keeping into my rda it makes me realise that u do really really have to actually look at what u eat and actually how badly I do eat. gave me a bit of a wake up call. Also didn't do zumba tonight. Feeling a bit down in the dumps. Bleugh bleugh bleugh!

I'm really fed up too Kat because despite running for 3 x 45 mins to 1 hour I've put on weight. Let's both have a really good week food wise and see how we get on :-)

I know how it is to keep within your calories, but realizing that most of what you ate wasn't really good for you. I think I actually struggle with that most. Although it does help that you can eat MORE of the healthy stuff (veggies have very few calories) than you can of the junk, it often takes more effort/time to eat healthy. Time is something that's hard to come by for most of us, and the junk is usually quick and easy. Hard to fight that sometimes.

thanks ladies.. i am determined to be better this week. I think the week goes so quickly you forget what you have eaten and that is was only yesterday! I think I will leave fridays to be my day where I can have my evening meal of what i want (to an extent of course)..my problem is doing the zumba an dfinding the time to do it.. but i have a plan and it will defo come into work 100% in jan!!
