Thank you for replying to my journal entry. I do keep a good eye on the weight watchers points as I have kept using the same amount of points when I need to go down a point or two (talking with the leader I realized I really need to watch points as I lost weight..
Added more exercise and steps so hopefully this will help.
I noticed that I was having some other issues, so I went to the dr. today (I have thyroid issues,) and my level was way out of control. My medicine has been changed today so I was told that I should be seeing some change within the next week or two. I am so thankful for this program and all the advice I get when I need it the most.

I will weigh again next Tuesday and hoping to see a change in the scale.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
