I have been putting weight on like crazy the last 8 months. I am now 1 lb away from a number I never wanted to see again. I can't believe I fell back into this pit. Last year at this time I looked so nice and now I can't seem to find my motivation. Nothing I own fits. Time to pull out and work hard
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

The question to ask yourself is; "Why did you fall back into the pit?" Are you ready to climb out? I wasn't ready for a long time, I let my emotions and frustrations take the drivers seat. You're here so that's a good sign, stick with your plan and you'll get to where you want to be!

Thank you all. I got depressed over the loss of a loved one and I just let the stress and frustration of everyday life take over.

Next time you feel this way, and I know this is hard, increase your workout length and intensity. If you do, it will do more to stave off depression than all the comfort food on the planet.

@PlanoMike- I wish there were like buttons for comments... That's probably the best piece of advice any of us could get, thanks! One of my favorite sayings, "Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most under utilized antidepressant." There's a lot of truth to that... @ Womanpretty, That's exactly where I was when I said to myself "There's no way I'm going over 200lbs!" That was my wake up call. I wish you the best in losing the weight. It's hard, but it can be done :)

I am in the same boat as you with the exact same sentiments. I lost some weight, maintained for a while, and now I weigh the same as when I started losing. I looked and felt awesome after losing weight, and now I feel sluggish and cant fit into any of my clothes. Don't lose hope!

You don't lose hope either. We can do this!
