OMG.....cant stay on the wagon for even 2 days! what is wrong with me...havent done any excercise..havent eaten as well as i should... i do want to loose weiht...its totally a mental thing and a mind over matter for me... im not used to being told no...im not spoilt but if i want it ill have it....aghhh and only myself to blame.
start again...and defo do excercise i know once i start it will be fine and easy... i know it
