I "gained" 2 pounds which is impossible but I had too much sugar yesterday and too many carbs so probably got thrown out of ketosis.

No big deal. I will just climb on the horse again.

I swear it took me 2.5 days to recover from swimming. That goes to show you how totally out of shape I am and probably that I totally overdid it. But in the pool you don't feel like you are overdoing it.

I keep remembering a younger, stronger self that did sports and was in fairly good shape. Does this happen to any of you?

Would be nice if someday I can get there again.

We are human and I think we are allowed a treat every now again. I am enjoying my lollipop right now. As for over doing it I am suffering now,lol I walked far more than I think my body was ready for. Going to take some magnesium supplement for muscle aches and b-12.Hang in there girl and don't beat yourself up ,just keep moving. Enjoy your evening.

Most articles say not to worry if you get on the scale and your weight has gone up or down a few pounds from the day before. "Your body weight can fluctuate anywhere from 2 to 4 pounds per day on average", notes an August 2012 "U.S. News & World Report" article.
