I "gained" 2 pounds which is impossible but I had too much sugar yesterday and too many carbs so probably got thrown out of ketosis.
No big deal. I will just climb on the horse again.
I swear it took me 2.5 days to recover from swimming. That goes to show you how totally out of shape I am and probably that I totally overdid it. But in the pool you don't feel like you are overdoing it.
I keep remembering a younger, stronger self that did sports and was in fairly good shape. Does this happen to any of you?
Would be nice if someday I can get there again.

We are human and I think we are allowed a treat every now again. I am enjoying my lollipop right now. As for over doing it I am suffering now,lol I walked far more than I think my body was ready for. Going to take some magnesium supplement for muscle aches and b-12.Hang in there girl and don't beat yourself up ,just keep moving. Enjoy your evening.
