Hello everyone!
I kicked this past weekends ass, just thought you should know! Clinical went very well. I didn't do too many new things but every assessment I perform, every patient I help bathe/dress, hell, every interaction provides a little more experience. Nursing is constant learning, staying humble and doing the best job I can.
My intake was on point, and my calorie burns were good. The cafeteria offers a salad bar and that's what I stick to. Dinners were balanced. Turns out on a busy clinical day I can burn almost as many calories as I do on a gym day during the week.
It has been a busy day so far but I'm taking a little bit of a break from now until I head to work at 230. Back to the gym tomorrow.
