Late night eating. Should have just gone to bed at 11:00 pm instead of having dinner then. Will try having a hot tea and then getting to sleep soon instead of trying to have a meal when I am so hungry and had no opportunity to have dinner earlier.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
