Good morning, buddies!
Yesterday I bumped up my calories to 1700 and ended up going to bed hungry, da fuq? I guess eating more increased my metabolism instantaneously lol, hell I dont know.
Today will be a fitbit vacation as I'm going to be spending the day at the beach, whoop whoop. My intentional exercise will be swimming with my husband, son, and brother. Packing a lunch to take with, and hopefully will make it home to cook dinner without starving to death beforehand. (its about an hour drive to/from where we're going) Being broke is great because I know we won't be stopping for a quick and easy dinner out lol.
Going to be high on the carbs today, but swimming can really kick your ass so it should all even out.
