Day 2 of the 17 day diet. Followed Day 1 100%. This diet is doable to me because it's not much different than what I eat already. Yesterday was pretty easy. There were times when I seemed hungry, but I just drank water or tea instead. Really need to get up and add in the exercise. I've been feeling tired lately, so perhaps I should start taking my iron supplements again.
