After my very carb intensive dinner last night I'm seeing a kilo up vs my weigh in yesterday. Could have been worse I gotta say. Hoping that now as I get back into keto that this drops again and rekicks my system back into weight loss.
121.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
