Wow..I had a great weekend. I didn't get to exercise until last night, and still lost a bit. It was hectic so a huge accomplishment that I stuck to it. It's starting to feel like my normal routine again, rather than putting myself through torture. Again, I can't believe how good this diet makes me feel. I had forgotten all of that from the last time. Good luck to everyone else.

I went off it a bit over the last few weeks and today I'm so glad to read your post about all the other benefits besides the blue dot going down. I love the way it makes your hair and skin feel better too! And I'm in a better mood if I'm following this plan. those are just as good reasons to stick with it so let's do it! Good luck this week!
