Just a note to myself that I need to see if I can adapt this poppyseed cake recipe with Splenda and no glaze. Sounds yummy.

Rowan- I think you could easily swap out the brown sugar in this for brown sugar splenda and just omit the glaze. If you really feel the glaze is necessary you might want to try the powdered stevia with some fresh lemon juice. Thanks for the website which I have saved. Love browsing recipes in spare time!

Thanks Babs, I haven't tried brown sugar Splenda yet though I know it exists. A friend gave me a huge bag of granulated Splenda that I have used for baking with good success. I was thinking of just leaving off the glaze. I also am a recipe browser. The web has been such a boon in that way!
