Didn't make it to Curves yesterday. Hurt my leg some how when cleaning the other day. Could hardly stand or walk. Had to take a pain pill last night to get some sleep. Got about 4 hours with the pill. Today slept most of the day from the pill. Still am having trouble standing or walking. If I crouch down and walk it doesn't hurt as much. Am, putting col packs on it and will only talk 1/2 a pill to night so I don't sleep all day tomorrow.

Im sorry you hurt your leg jackie1947 but its best to rest the injure leg now, hence more damage done to leg while exercising more time off from your regimen at curves later. Take care my friend and feel better, lots of hugs to you.
