Well, I made it to Curves and survived! I will go back on Thurs and than again on Sat. I will do 3xa week until I drop. They are a good group of ladies and we are all different sixes. That helps instead of skinny ones who wouldn't know fat if it bit them on the butt. After curves I went shopping. I try to do it once a month for the things needed for home and my medicine.
