DATA!!!!!

Jan 2022, 14 times the scale registered 24X
Feb 2022, 9 times times the scale registered 24X
Mar 2022, 4 times (March 27th to be exact, was the last time I saw 24X on the scale)

The scale # kept going up and up and up. I surpassed my all-time high of 260 lbs set back in 2015 with a few entries over 260 this year. Surely, I was my own worst enemy.

Since the beginning of Sept, I started to dial it in. Now I am creating a habit of going to the gym 2x a week for strength training and walking more (Can't start jogging again until I am closer to 200 and I return to running 5Ks.

The most important change by far that is unfolding is controlling to the best of my ability, what, when and how much I put on that fork.

Today, I return to the 24X space but I will not stay here too long. 23X, HERE I COME!!!!!!

I’ve been on FS for more than 4 years, and I so appreciate your perseverance and can-do attitude time and again. You never shirk from telling it like it is and climbing back on the wagon, and you don’t give up. It’s good to have you back!

Good planning and commitment Ches! Don't know who said it, besides a former physician - " Fail to plan and you plan to fail"

I decided I need thirty days of closing all the rings to consider myself back on track. So far, I have six in a row. It’s a start. I look back to where I had more than a year. Goals.
