Thought I might be ready for OWL - but not yet. I added some nuts and fruit over the weekend but noticed today a pesky 2lbs that won't go away from last week. So for me-it's back to very serious INDUCTION. I will probably have to stay on it for a while until I stablize and start some consistent weight loss. THis going back and forth with the same 2-5lbs is starting to make me a little crazy.

This week's theme for me is FOCUS

The key to OWL is to go slowly, 5NC at a time, one food at a time. You can try adding just blackberries OR cherries OR raspberries OR walnuts, but not all 4 on the same day until/unless you know your body can handle each one of those foods. Try a small amount of just walnuts, for instance, maybe every other or every 3rd day and see if you can still lose. Then set those aside and try the same thing with another food. When you add almonds, cherries, and strawberries all on the same day, you don't know what's causing your weight loss to slow down....there really might only be 1 problematic food there, but you won't know unless you try them separately. Love the Focus theme!

Thanks Sandy701. I did add everything the same day which was silly--a bit overconfident that it wouldn't make that much of a difference :(. Boy was I wrong...Appreciate your feedback.
