I have kept a record of what I have eaten the last few days, but not got on computer to record it there. Its been a stressful few days with weather, getting stuck with flat tire and not being able to change it fast, and last the furnace not working right at night. I have gained a pound because I eat when stressed!! I will keep a better watch on it now. Don't need to get out in the weather or hopefully no flat tire.
