I am happy with my progress. Started diet and exercise again and I must say I feel good. I get cravings here and there but I make sure to reassure myself that I may not have carbs now, but later, when at goal, I will be able to enjoy them moderatelly. The thought of dieting always came with a feeling that depriving myself would last forever which would then lead to me cheating and starting over again but not this time. I am determined to make this work.
