Roy - there have been days when my weight would bounce up 5lbs or so. First because of the salt content, but then too I often did not drink enough water. Water washes out all the CR@^. Thirdly, I had some food allergies (gluten sensitivity in particular) that only came to light recently I just finished a food logging challenge and even after all these years I find myself surprised at how stupidly dishonest I am with myself. Now that I am trying to log my food more regularly there is a difference. Hope there is something here to encourage you. Don't beat yourself, get up, shake yourself off and take an honest look at what you are doing - YOU CAN DO THIS.
