What a stressful two weeks! It seems that the universe refuses to align itself (despite my best efforts to push it back into place). I usually have control (or at least the illusion there of) over my life but I haven't had it lately... which directly effects my weight. I binge eat when I'm stressed. Hopefully life is getting back on track and this will stop being a pattern. Looked into becoming a fitness instructor again yesterday. Hopefully with some follow-up calls I can get that ball rolling. We'll see.
