It's weigh in day. I didn't do as well this week as I had hoped. I'm not going make excuses. I made some bad choices; some good ones, too, but some bad ones to be sure. It's alright though. I'm making progress, and that's what matters.

Good post and congrats. I thought the same thing this morning, I have to be happy with any successes right now. If you set your goals too high too quickly you get discouraged. I want this last 20 to drop off overnight but it is not going to happen that way... Slow and steady. It truly is a day to day effort. Day 4 of no Starbucks, that is a miracle in itself, lol...
