I had a few more calories yesterday, +1600. I'm trying to keep it around 1300 a day. I was so tired, I think I still am not back to normal from my lack of thyroid meds. I will contact an endocrinologist about my hypothyrodism and see if I can't get back on track. It is making it very difficult to lose the weight.
