Seems like a lot of weight of weight to lose...
I have never consistently weighed so much in my life.
The only clothing that I have felt comfortable wearing lately have been my sweats, and even those at this point are giving me a muffin-top.. :(
I feel very lazy and ugly... I am not setting a good example for my kids. I know that I have been eating horribly the last month, but even before that, for the whole summer, I have felt uncomfortable in my body, and my clothing has been too tight..
At this point, I need to lose 9 lbs to be back to "normal" and fit comfortably in my clothing, and I need to lose 19 lbs. to feel phenomenal and look great.
I plan to achieve this by carefully journaling everything I eat and trying to keep below 1200 calories a day.
I will get 30 minutes of fresh air and exercise a day..
I will burn at least 200 calories a day with physical activity.
I will get 8 hours of sleep at night.
I will drink my 2L of water a day..
I am quickly approaching 40 and I would very much like to reach my goal and keep it off before then.
My short-term goat is to weigh 140 by my birthday at the end of february, which will mean 9 lbs. in 39 days in almost 6 weeks, seems do-able :)
