morning - dizzy, weak
11 am eat breakfast, take folic acid, chromium
take 1/2 ativan
1 pm snack - still weak
take vit b
2.30pm lunch - start feeling better
go out
4pm stop for sushi snack - feeling ok
7.30pm dinner - feeling wrestless, anxious, starving
heatburn, still hungry!!!
12am - snack
take 2 probiotics
